With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Late Mrs. Doris Alu Egwu, beloved mother of Mr. Reuben Egwu, the Chairman, Board of Directors of Giving To the Needies Mission International. Her departure from this world occurred on the 16th of February, 2024, at the age of 80 years.

Late Mrs. Doris Alu Egwu was a beacon of light and strength, whose kindness and generosity touched countless lives. Her unwavering support and dedication to the mission of Giving To the Needies Mission International, an organization fervently combating poverty in Africa and championing gender equality, have left an indelible mark on our hearts.

In honor of her remarkable life, we invite you to join us for the Christian Wake Keep, which will be held on Thursday, the 11th of April, 2024, at 7pm. The solemn occasion will take place at Ezi Ewa, Enohia Itim, Afikpo, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Furthermore, on Friday, the 12th of April, 2024, at 7am, her body will depart from Ejim mortuary. A solemn Burial Service will then be conducted at Itim Ukwa Primary School, Afikpo, Ebonyi State, Nigeria, where friends, family, and well-wishers will gather to pay their final respects and bid farewell to a cherished soul. As we gather to celebrate the life of Late Mrs. Doris Alu Egwu, let us remember her with fondness and gratitude for the profound impact she has made on our lives and communities.
